Simple ways to fight belly fat and bloating
It is no fun having belly fat, but when you combine belly fat and bloating you can be outright miserable. You can no longer bend to put your shoes on, the belt moves out a notch, and the jeans fit too tight. Misearble is truly the only word to describe it. While there are several methods to fight a fat belly already in place with new ones coming out daily, there are some simple ways to fight both bloating and belly fat. One simple way to help with belly fat and bloating should be apparent. Increase your exercise level, or for many start with some exercise level. This doesn’t require a brand new gym membership or new equipment on the credit card. It requires something as simple as walking. Take a good, paced walk around the park, your street or the mall. Walking helps food digest and in turn helps the body move that food into energy that is consumed during the walk. This will not only focus on your belly fat, but it will help with the bloating. Speaking of digesting food, the next thing you may want to consider is what kids of food you consume in your diet. In the area of reducing bloating you can increase your fiber intake and it will help reduce bloating. One warning though, consider timing in this one. Fiber is going to make you more regular and you certainly don’t want to be on your good, paced walk above when that happens. Finally, the diet people always yell about calories. It is true here too. Eat less calories. Pay attention to your calorie intake. Look at charts that indicate how many calories you take in. If you eat 1500 calories, you have to consider the amount of exercise it is going to take to burn those calories. Have a plan in place that says “I’m going to burn calorie for calorie in.” If you will take this attitude, the fat belly will go down. So, to recap we have exercise, fiber and less calorie intake. It is that simple to fight against belly fat and bloating. No need for a gym membership and no need for the latest and greatest exercise equipment. Spend that money on foods with fiber and low calorie foods. Oh, and you may want to save a little money in the long run for smaller jeans and a new (smaller) belt.
